IDrive backup stuck in Preparing File List

Backed up an internal M.2 SSD Drive 2 TB.  Then added an internal HDD Drive with 1.2 TB of data.  The IDrive has been giving the Preparing File List now for over 2 days.  I have a very fast Internet service ...several hundred MBS.   I also used Drob Box which backed up this stuff in 4 hours etc.

Any solutions to this ?   I'm getting very frustrated and I'm about to shut down and reboot the PC.

A reboot might be worth trying first.

If it happens again there is a file called "Tracefile.txt" which might hold some clues.
