IDrive saying MacBook air is offline

Hi, I am am new member
I am using IDrive to backup by Macbook air.
IDrive is saying that my laptop is offline.
How do I troubleshoot this problem?

I assume you're talking about the online IDrive Dashboard.

While I don't have experience with IDrive for Mac, I can tell you that I find the Dashboard with the Windows version quite unreliable when it comes to online / offline detection.

I do all my backups / restores / config from the Windows local client.
