Cannot start backup

Hi,
I have a number of successful backups from two different servers.
One one other server, Iget the following error when trying to launch the backup
Unable to continue the backup operation. Reason : failed to get the device information
I see no reason for this error.
I can access the server remotely via the online dashboard, view the folders, configure the backup by selecting specific folders etc.
Get the error after a few minutes when I start the backups.
Action at the time just before it crashes is:
Preparing the list...

It is probably some setting or rights issue, not sure

Re: Cannot start backup

Are there any errors in the detailed log?

Re: Cannot start backup

I am pasting the log below. Note that I tried to run the backup from the remote online portal and not directly on the server.
I have obviously created the original instance on the actual server but made changes from remote and started the backup

Re: Cannot start backup

I think I've seen:

Error :failed to get the device information

before but I can't find it in any of my recent logs.

Is there anything in the Server's logs (Application, System, Security) at 12:28 that might give a clue?
