Message: Furthermore:I was mistaken that my annual renewal was not yet due...I thought I had several more months remaining. I was wrong, I was a few days overdue. So I apologized to IDrive for my mistake. The only criticism I have of them now, is they didn't send me a warning that my next payment was soon due, and their notice about shutting down my account did not explain why...so that was confusing.So if I had to rate them on a scale of 1 to 5 I'd give them 4-1/2 stars.

Message: You're quite welcome. I did,nonetheless, end my subscription with them, because my backup needs are relatively meager, and Google Drive meets my needs just fine, for a very low price. I don't mind backing up my data manually, whenever new files are added to my system. I was very satisfied with IDrive, and continue to recommend it to others.
