I re-launched the file from here:http://www.IDrive.com/downloads/IDriveWinSetup.exeThat worked fine :-)BTW: I wanted to test "Troubleshooter". Did the installation succeed or did it fail and roll back?Maybe there's some remnant of the old version there and its causing the new installation to abort.Have you tried the Windows troubleshooter?It should fully remove any traces of IDrive, allowing you to do a clean install. That did not work for IDrive. It creates a shortcut, but it does not have the red IDrive logo, so it's invalid in some way.For example, here's how to see the contents of "Target" for the Edge browser: - Right-click on the desktop shortcut. - Copy target:  "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe"If there's an entry for "Start in", please tell me that as well.Thanks.
