<description>Topic: Unable to view Deleted Backup Files

Message: Sounds like their website can't handle the number of results returned.I doubt that there's a quick fix, but if they keep receiving reports they may redesign it, so its worth contacting Support.

<description>Topic: Unable to view Deleted Backup Files

Message: I deleted a System State backup from one of the devices on my account along with a plethora of other out of date files. Now, whenever I go into Trash &#62; Deleted Backup files I see a buffering/loading ellipsis, but none of my deleted files ever show up. Eventually after 10-15min the webpage crashes and I have to reload. Has anyone else run into this issue before? I've tried accessing the Deleted Backup files folder from different PCs/Browsers, but nothing seems to work. Wondering if I'll regain access after 30 days or if I should open a ticket with IDrive.
