Message: I don't believe that's the case - as long as your account is in credit, they keep your files.I have a virtual machine that can be down for 3 months at a time, but the files have never been removed from my account. Of course I have other machines that connect to the same account so its possible that they keep it alive!Why not log in to the website once a month on your daughter's account? That should be enough to tell them you're still interested in the data. Message: Hi,My daughter spilled wine on her macbook and it is dead!.  Not sure when she will replace it.  I thought I read somewhere that is a client doesn't re-connect within two months the files are deleted?  Anyone know about this?I opened a ticket with IDrive's support  on their website but got a weird "returned email because of DMARC" message back.  I am planning to call them but thought to ask here first.Thanks.
