I've tried to clone my laptop 4 times this week. Some run for a couple of hours while some have run 25 hours or more but yet they all end up with an error. I contacted live chat yesterday and they remotely connected to my laptop and changed a couple of things in services.msc to do with Shadow copy etc. Again the clone failed today 😞

What errors do you get?
Anything useful in "Tracefile.txt"?
You can find it in:
C:\ProgramData\IDrive\IBCOMMON\-profile- (-profile- is your backup profile name)
Sometimes Shadow Copy can't work effectively if the source drive is nearly full, is that the case here?
