Thunderbird restore

Hello to everyone,

I have been backing up my computer using IDrive for several years.  About a week ago, we experienced a crash of our computer and now we would like to restore our backed up Thunderbird e-mails to our new computer.  My computer competence is moderate.

Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Nina

Re: Thunderbird restore

You should find your Thunderbird profile in %appdata% (c:\users\your-profile\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird).

Its probably safer to restore to a different location then copy the files into that directory.
